Getting a cold or flu can really suck. You often lose your appetite...and subsequently weight. Generally, you have gas, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, nasty breath, and many other lousy symptoms that generally prevent the chasing of strange.

However, there is something you can do about it besides building your immunity to antibiotics prescribed by greedy physicians and pounding scotch whiskey.

My recommendations are as follows:

1) masturbate....constantly - masturbation will make you feel better about life and will certainly help you improve your load-holding capabilities when you're well
2) drink lots of fluids - drinking fluids will help you feel better, help washout toxins, and allow you to experience those fun pseudo-orgasmic pee shivers that everybody loves
